With more than 100,000 milling centres installed worldwide, we provide repairs, after-sales service and the distribution of original spare parts for the HURON, JYOTI, ALCERA, GAMBIN and GRAFFENSTADEN brands.
Our intervention processes are governed by the principles of responsiveness, reliability, proximity and trust.
Our service team is made up of more than 20 technicians throughout France and more than a hundred technicians around the world. They provide top-quality services.
All our new-generation machines are equipped with the HSRS (Huron Secure Remote Service) remote access system, which enables our technicians to take control remotely and :
- direct interaction with the control panel (HMI), the PLC and the drives
- remote control to provide our expertise, analyse problems and implement corrective measures at various levels: setting the parameters for NC cycles, the HMI, the PLC and the drive The solution is cyber-secure and managed entirely by HURON.
