Trainings
Our HURON training centre offers a wide range of training courses. We transfer skills from our trainers to your operators. Their skills will be enhanced to make the best use of the dynamics and performance of your machines.
Training courses are given at our head office or at the customer’s site. The range of training courses covers machine operation, machining techniques and maintenance. Customised sessions are also available.
Handling the machine
The aim of this training course is to familiarise you with the machine so that you can use it for the first time. This training includes :
- Brief explanations of the main buttons on the console and the machine environment
- The machine and part origin sockets
- The different operating modes (manual, MDA and auto)
- Loading and calling up tools
- Maintenance and diagnosing 1st level alarms
Note: Depending on the trainee's level, additional operator and/or programming training may be required.
The aim of this training course is to ensure mastery of the console and machine operation.
This training includes :
- origins and different operating modes
- machine settings
- stopping and restarting machining
- tools and associated management
- programme management and execution
